Design & Integration

One design, one team, one point of contact

Most AV problems start when displays, audio, control, and network are bought and installed by different hands that never talked. We design every system together, install with our own team, and commission the whole thing, so it works as one on day one.

As a licensed C-7 low-voltage contractor, we own the project from schematic to punch list, and hand off documented, tested systems your team is trained to run.

One Accountable Team

What Real Integration Looks Like

A system that works instead of limps comes down to who owns the whole thing.

What one accountable team gives you

Everything designed, installed, and owned together.

  • One design that accounts for every system up front
  • A single point of contact from plan to punch list
  • Clean, documented, serviceable installations
  • Systems commissioned and tested before handoff
  • Training so your team can actually run it

What we prevent

The gaps that show up when nobody owns the whole job.

  • Trades pointing fingers when something does not work
  • Gear that was never spec'd to work together
  • A tangle of undocumented cable
  • A handoff with no testing and no training
  • Surprise change orders halfway through
How We Work

From First Call to Final Walkthrough

One team, one process, start to finish. No handoffs, no finger-pointing, no surprises.

Consultation

We listen first. We learn how your space is used, what problem you're solving, and what success looks like, before a single product is named.

2

Design & Specification

A proper schematic and a right-sized equipment list. We spec for the application, not the easiest thing to source, and put it in writing.

Installation

Licensed, code-compliant low-voltage work and clean professional rack builds, executed by our own team, on schedule.

Commissioning & Support

We tune the system, train your team, and hand off something built to run without surprises, with us a phone call away.

Integration FAQ

Design & Integration, Answered

What clients ask before a project starts.

Why use one integrator instead of separate vendors?
One team that designs and owns every system means it actually works together, and there is one number to call. Separate vendors tend to point fingers when something breaks at the seams.
Do you work from our architect's plans?
Yes. We work from blueprints and coordinate with your architect, GC, and other trades, or we design from scratch if you are starting with just a problem to solve.
Will the install be up to code?
Yes. As a licensed C-7 low-voltage contractor we install to code, and we document and label the work so it stays safe and serviceable for years.
What does commissioning include?
We tune and test every system, verify it against the design, and confirm it performs in the real room, not just on paper, before we hand it over.
Do we get documentation?
Yes. You get as-built drawings, labeled cabling, and records of what is installed, so any technician can service the system quickly down the road.
Do you support it after the install?
Yes. We provide service and support after handoff, so as your needs change we can adjust, upgrade, and fix without starting over.
